Growth brings clarity. Over the years, we expanded into healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, virtual staffing, and remote patient monitoring. As we grew, we needed a name that reflected our comprehensive services for healthcare organizations nationwide.
Today, we're proud to introduce Integrity One Group. This new unified identity brings together everything we've built across AMS and our four healthcare organizations: Integrity Healthcare Solutions (IHS), Medical Billing Services (MBS), Integrity Practice Solutions (IPS), and Healthmote.
This marks more than just a branding milestone. It represents our identity and future direction together. We selected Integrity One Group because it embodies our vision: a unified brand, a single team, and a consistent identity across all entities and countries. It’s not solely about our actions; it’s about our collaborative approach.

For years, our organizations grew as distinct lines of business, each developing deep expertise in its own corner of healthcare. Over time, something became clear: individually, we were already doing the work of an operations partner — supporting practices across revenue, staffing, and care — but from the outside, that full picture was hard to see. What looked like separate services was, in practice, one capability. Bringing them together simply made visible what was already true.
